Jillian is a graduate of Cleveland State University, where she earned a BA in both Psychology and Communications. She was also Certified as a Mediator through the Cleveland Mediation Center in 2007. As part of Bella Capelli's Management Team, Jillian has trained extensively with Front Desk Operations, and has attended seminars with Strategies Business Academy, including Team-Driven Retailing, Perfecting Phone Scripts and High-Performance Front Desk . She has also trained with the Mikal Salon Management System in Cincinnati. In addition, Jillian has participated in several Experience Aveda product education seminars and Aveda Retail Leadership Development at the Aveda Brown Institute.
