Sally attended Cleveland State University and earned a B.A. in Social Work. However, she found her true calling to be in customer service. As a member of the Bella Capelli team, Sally has had extensive Front Desk Operations training, Experience Aveda training, and continues to grow her knowledge with In-Salon Aveda training.
